Return Eligibility
To qualify for return/exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags/labels must be attached
- Original packaging should be used when possible
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Log in to your account at WorkShirtSale.com
- Select Items: Choose products to return/exchange
- Print Label: Generate prepaid return shipping label
- Ship Back: Drop off at any UPS location
Refund Processing
- Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment (exception: store credit for gift returns)
- Deductions: $7.95 restocking fee for non-defective bulk returns (12+ items)
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
✗ Customized apparel (embroidered/logoed items)
✗ Closeout/special-order products
✗ Worn or altered garments
Defective Items
For manufacturing defects:
- Contact Us within 14 days via your account
- Submit Photos showing the flaw
- Choose Resolution: Replacement or full refund
Bulk Returns (50+ Items)
Special requirements apply:
- Pre-authorization required
- Pallet packaging mandatory
- Extended 45-day return window for wholesale accounts
International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Duties/taxes non-refundable
- Must include commercial invoice
Exchange Process
- Return original item(s) using standard procedure
- Place new order for desired items
- Receive price adjustment if applicable
Lost/Misrouted Returns
