Return Eligibility
To qualify for return/exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags/labels must be attached
  • Original packaging should be used when possible

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account at WorkShirtSale.com
  2. Select Items: Choose products to return/exchange
  3. Print Label: Generate prepaid return shipping label
  4. Ship Back: Drop off at any UPS location

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment (exception: store credit for gift returns)
  • Deductions: $7.95 restocking fee for non-defective bulk returns (12+ items)

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
✗ Customized apparel (embroidered/logoed items)
✗ Closeout/special-order products
✗ Worn or altered garments

Defective Items
For manufacturing defects:

  1. Contact Us within 14 days via your account
  2. Submit Photos showing the flaw
  3. Choose Resolution: Replacement or full refund

Bulk Returns (50+ Items)
Special requirements apply:

  • Pre-authorization required
  • Pallet packaging mandatory
  • Extended 45-day return window for wholesale accounts

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Duties/taxes non-refundable
  • Must include commercial invoice

Exchange Process
